Underwire Festival 2013 Exhibition
Underwire is a short film festival, based in London, that celebrates the cinematic talents of women. Currently in its fourth year, the festival presents a rich and varied programme of raw talent, aswell as industry masterclasses and discussions.
This year I was invited by Screenwriter Gabriella Apicella to exhibit my work; We specifically chose goddess work and other pieces that celebrated both the spiritual and creative power of women.
I am delighted that my first solo exhibition was part of such a poignant event, with an ethos I fully stand behind; Women in the creative industry have long needed breaks and it was lovely to attend a festival that works hard to provide them.
